Wave Motion closes Spaced Ventures crowdfund!

Wave Motion has successfully closed its crowdfunding equity pre-seed round on Spaced Ventures! In total, over $129,000 came from over 100 investors, including New Space industry professionals like Deborah Peacock and Tej Bhatia. Wave Motion was offering convertible notes at a $12,000,000 valuation cap, which after a further fundraising round at or above that valuation will convert to non-voting shares in Wave Motion Launch Corporation.
